We regret to inform you that our Healthcare Assistant, Enid, has sadly passed away.
The surgery will be closed on Wednesday 2 October from 08.00hrs until 13.00hrs so staff can attend her funeral.
If you require access to an appointment during this time please contact NHS 111 and you will be booked in with our out-of-hours service.
We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
